Savannah-Chatham police are investigating a Tuesday night shooting that occurred outside of an apartment on the 2500 block of Oak Forest Drive.
At 8:16 p.m. metro police responded to the scene and found a 31-year-old man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, said Eunicia Baker, Savannah-Chatham police spokeswoman. The man was transported by ambulance to Memorial University Medical Center for care.
Detectives are now looking for a red 2010 to 2015 Toyota 4 Runner, with black wheels and tinted windows, Baker said.
Circumstances leading up to this shooting remain under investigation.
