Detectives are investigating after a man was shot in east Savannah on Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to Deiter and East 41st streets just before 4:45 p.m., said Julian Miller, Savannah-Chatham police spokesman.
A 36-year-old man with a gunshot wound was running down the street, and someone drove him to a hospital, Miller said.
The victim was being treated for injuries that were not believed to be life threatening.
Metro police were told the man was shot during a disagreement, Miller said. The investigation is ongoing.
