The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the girlfriend of a Daisy man killed near Bryan County turned herself in during the agency's homicide investigation.
Sabrina Hampton turned herself in at 4 p.m. Thursday after a warrant was issued for her arrest during the investigation of the death of Calvin Oglesbee, said Cathy Sapp, Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent In Charge.
Oglesbee body was found on U.S. Highway 280 in Daisy, Sapp said.
Daisy is just west of Pembroke.
An autopsy of Oglesbee’s body will be conducted by the GBI Medical Examiner’s office, Sapp said.
