The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division arrested Deanne Ogden, 54, and David Ogden, 56, of Jesup on Thursday and booked them into the Jasper County jail.
Between June 25, 2008, and October 14, 2015, Deanne Ogden created fraudulent checks at her workplace, O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln Inc. in Hardeeville, the warrant states.
Deanne Ogden, while working as assistant comptroller at the dealer, allegedly used the checks to pay off hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal credit card bills.
“She created fraudulent records to conceal her actions, indicating that the checks were made payable to legitimate parts vendors," states the warrant.
The warrants for David Ogden state that he “used this card to make numerous purchases, knowing he or his wife did not have the sufficient legitimate income to cover the expenses.”
He faces three counts of receiving stolen goods worth $10,000 or more.
Deanne Ogden was charged with nine counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent, for an amount of $10,000 or more.
If convicted, each count carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison.
