Savannah-Chatham police are investigating the shooting of a 40-year-old man as he was walking near the 2400 block of Harden Street on Saturday, said police spokesman Julian Miller.
The victim, who lives on the block, was transported to Memorial University Medical Center for treatment of a serious injury after the 3:22 p.m. shooting.
