Detectives are investigating the Saturday night shooting of a man Savannah’s Yamacraw Village neighborhood, just west of downtown.
The 25-year-old shooting victim, who does not live in Yamacraw, was transported to Memorial University Medical Center with non-life-threatening wounds after officers responded to a shooting call and found him on the ground about 9 p.m., said Julian Miller, Savannah-Chatham police spokesman.
