Public urination accounted for five of the arrests, with two disorderly charges and one each of simple battery and obstruction accounting for the rest, said Julian Miller, Savannah-Chatham police spokesman.
One arrest was made on River Street, and the rest were made in the festival zone stretching from Bay Street to Jones Street, he said.
With more than 400 portable toilets set up in the festival zone, police remind revelers that people who get caught urinating in public will be charged and fined.
