One man is injured and another dead after a shooting on Savannah’s eastside Monday night.
Police found two men lying on the ground on the 2000 block of Mississippi Avenue suffering from gunshot wounds about 7:24 p.m. Monday, said Eunicia Baker, Savannah-Chatham police spokeswoman.
One of them, 24-year-old Barry Trevon Williams of the 1900 block of Skidaway Road, was pronounced dead at the scene, Baker said.
A 25-year-old man, who lives on Mississippi, was taken to Memorial University Medical Center, where he is listed in critical but stable condition, Baker said.
